Description

Forever Peacefulness, Stops, Shatters. This forms contains a wide variety of open hand techniques and especially hand hip coordination techniques. It also contains soft movements followed by hard, with the differences well marked with slow drawn out movements, followed by a pause, and then explosive techniques.

Believed developed by Ankoh (Yasutsune) Itosu (Okinawa). Similar to Hangetsu in the feeling of being calmly and powerfully rooted to the Earth, unmovable in the face of the greatest danger, and a strong stable stance giving a powerful base to resist attacks from all quarters.
