to wife, bed, bedstead, linen, 3 houses and gardens at North Bradley; pay off mortgage and
keep in repair, after her death to the executors (currently the houses occupied by John
HALES, my son Joseph BUTCHER, and empty)
to dr Joanna BUTCHER, the other bed, etc, and a Cashmere Loom.
on death of wife the houses to be sold and divided :
2 pounds to each of the 8 grandchildren of John RANDALL ; Catherine, Alice, George, Ann,
Thomas, Jeremiah, Charles and Charlotte.
rest equally between my children : Jeremiah, Robert, Joseph, Mary, Ann, Alice, Jane, Joanna.
