to Betty RANDELL (wife of Mishak ) house, garden, etc I occupy in Southwick, also the
house, garden, etc, in Southwick, occupied by Mishak her husband, the latter then to go to her
son William RANDELL
to dr Betty, bed, bedstead and furniture in outward room of my house
to grandson William JONES TALMAN clock, 6 chairs, mahogany armchair, the bed,
bedstead, etc which I normallu use.
to my good friends, James CHAPMAN, farmer, and John KEATES, victualler, both of
Southwick, as trustees :
2 adjoining houses in Southwick occupied by William HAYWARD and Enos BENNETT, 1
house in Southwick occupied by John BARRENCE.
The rents to them until William JONES TALMAN reach 21 years (for the purpose of paying
the mortgage thereon) then :
the single house to be sold, divided equally between the grandchildren (Henry, Mary,and Anna
JONES TALMAN; Ann, Job, and Meshak RANDELL (and any other children of my daughter
Betty except for William) .
the 2 houses to grandson William JONES TALMON, subject to the mortgage thereon, unless
he die under 21 without heirs, in which case :
trustees to sell all 3 houses/gardens and divide equally after paying mortgage, between Betty
RANDELL and all her children (except William) and the children of my daughter-n-law Anna
TALMON.
to my dr-in-law Anna TALMON, during her widowhood, the house, garden, etc she occupies,
thence to trustees, for her son James JONES TALMON.
Rest to trustees for grandson William Jones TALMON
