Robert appears to have appointed his wife Elizabeth executrix, but she died either before him,
or before his will could be proved, so there is an Admon bond before the Registrar Willm
BOUCHER appointing Joseph FRANCIS in place of Elizabeth BUTCHER
To Ann PICK a life interest in the house 'A', and to her children William and Joseph, and to
William a broadloom
To daughter Mary FRANCIS 10 shillings quarterly from the rent of house 'B'.
and to her children, Martha, 50 shillings annuity for 4 years after death of Elizabeth
and Robert a mare (+/- colt), harness, cart, bed, bedstead, bedclothes
and Martha bed, bedstead, bedclothes
and James and Edward
