Item : son James, son Joseph, daughter Mary, and granddaughter Mary (daughter of William
by his first marriage) all to have 10 pounds each within six months by my executor after he has
received his present wife's fortune.
But my daughter Mary to have the interest of the other mary's 10 pounds for her upkeep until
she reaches the age of 21
Rest to Executor
Executor my son Edward, who is to have the peaceable occupation of estate I now rent with
no hindrance by other sons
