to elder son James, house and garden I lived in, charged to the youngest son, Jeremiah, 15
pounds, at 21 years of age, or else to second son, Joseph, 10 pounds, shared with his mother.
to wife Mary, nearby newly built house and garden as far as the quickset hedge, for her life,
then to son Joseph, who also gets my broadloom, best feather bed, bedstead, etc, and
remainder shared with Mary.
