The last day of Januarye in the yeare of our Lord 1618, I William BUTCHER of Henlye in the parish of Box, county Wilts, diocese Sarum, yeoman, sicke and weake in body but of good and perfect remembrance Praysed be god for it, doe heare make and ordayne my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge : First I commend my soule unto the hands of Almighty god my maker and redeemer, trusting to be saved by the mercitte of the death and passion of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ And my bodye I commend unto the Earth untill the Resurrection of the Juste.
