In the name of God Amen I John Selfe of Heale in the Parish of Woodford in the County of Wilts Husbandman being in Good health and of a Sound and perfect mind and Memory God be praised Revoking heareby all Former Wills and Condisions of Wills by me hearetofore made I doe therefore make and ordaiene this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following that is to say  first I comend my Soule Into the hands of Almighty God my Creator Assuredly trusting through The Meritts of Jesus Christ my blessed Saviour and Redemer to obtaine Life Everlasting and my body I Commit to the Earth whereof it was made in hope of a Joyfull Resurrection and as for my Temporal Estate I Bestow thereof as Followeth  Imprimis I Give unto Grace My Wife the the Sum of Six pounds a yeare as Longe as she Remaines a Widdow  All the Rest of My Goods Chatls & Moneyes debts wighte Rights and Credits whatsoever my debts and Funeral Expenses being paide & discharged I doe heareby Give and bequeath unto My Soons William Selfe and John Selfe whome I doe hearby Make My hole and Sole Joint Executors of this My Last will & Testament  In witness whereof I have unto set my hand and Seale the Second day of May In the tenth yeare of the Raine of William the third by the Grace of God of England Scotland France & Ireland king defender of the faith &c  Anno Dom 1699                                                  The Mark of John Selfe
