Seven Thousand Angels ( Sept.11. tribute)

On that fatal September day, the angels came to take souls away
their words of comfort to the firemen, who lost their lives that day
Its time to go you're being called, the Lord is summoning you
you've done your job, time go, no time for feeling blue

A fireman asked what about our loves, how can we ever leave
the angel smiled as she comforted him, if only they believe
They will one day join you, but today they must regret
you life will stand a monument, so the world will not forget

The fireman asked about the towers, the other lives that were lost
God has got the answer, his love is the only cost
It's not yours to understand, but history will prevail
this is Gods reason, and this he will not fail

Seven Thousand Angels filled the sky that morn, giving gentle touch
taking home the lost souls, because they mean so much
As the last Angel parted, looking back she said
never fret oh World so dear, the soul is never dead
