CROATIA NEWS
Croatia found themselves co-favourites in a two horse race between themselves and Sweden in group 8 and unsurprisingly, they progressed as top place.  Infact Croatia and Sweden finished level on points, Croatia tho having the best head-to-head record.  Their home record was impressive with 13 from 15 possible points and only 2 goals conceded in 5 matches.  However only dropping six points all campaign is impressive enough.

Croatia can thank Dado Prso and Darijo Srna for helping them qualify for their third straight world cup finals after the duo scored just under half Croatia's goals between them.
