125 Gallon Tank
My 125 gallon tank measures 6'L x 18"W x 24" high and is made by Miracle Aquariums of Toronto.  It sits on a metal stand and has a glass top. The tank is not drilled so I use a SOS overflow by Marineland to drain water  into a 35 gallon sump that I built.  The hanging 6' light strip is also made by Miracle Aquariums and houses four 36" bulbs.
The substrate is a mixture of live sand and crushed coral that is about 1" deep.  The live rock is a combination of  Fiji and Tonga that was purchased uncured.  The rock is predominately quite large peices of Fiji with Tonga branch in the middle.  It is arranged in such a way as to allow maximum water flow with lots of open swimming space that is desirable in a fish only tank.  Flow is provided by three Maxi-Jet 1200's and a Mag 9.5 pump.
This DIY canopy was built and installed about 1 year after the tank was started.  A DIY bottom cabinet to come soon.

Skimming is performed by a Euro-Reef CS8-2 mounted in sump.  The tank is heated by a Won Brothers Pro-Heat II with digital temp. indicator.

Tank parameters
Ammonia - undetectable
Nitrite - undetectable
Nitrate - 15 to 25 ppm
SG - 1.024
PH - 8.1 to 8.25
Temperature - 79.5 F
Water changes are done at a rate of 15 gallons every two weeks.  I use a buffer twice a week to help keep the Ph up.  I run a 4 stage RO/DI unit and use only this water for all water changes and top-offs.
