Dave has been a Real Estate broker since 1970, a Real Estate appraiser since 1973, and has been in the industry since 1969. In addition, Dave has been a member of the West Virginia Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board since 1995, including a 5 year tenure as Chairman. Along with the gubernatorially appointed appraisal board position, Dave also served as President of the West Virginia Association of Realtors in 1996, Mayor of the City of Bluefield, West Virginia from 1994-1995, and numerous Real Estate boards and commissions.
