My interests include music - classical through to 20th century, with a special love for Baroque music i.e Vivaldi,
Teleman and composers of that era. My favorite instrument is the violin.
Another, interest is astronomy - although these days I am perhaps more of an "armchair" astronomer, than
a practical observing astronomer. I own a 10 inch f5.6 reflecting telescope on a Dobsonian mount.

My main hobby is growing cacti and succulents, with a special interest in Aloes
and Lithops.
My main enjoyment however must be science-fiction - Babylon 5 being the best sci-fi that I have come across in
many years. Star Trek: The Next Generation, is also a favorite, as well as Star Trek: Voyager, although Voyager
