David Corwin Species: Human Age: Unknown Rank: Lieutenant [played by Joshua Cox]

A Lieutenant, promoted from Junior Grade in 2260, in Earth Force serving as one of the officers staffing the Observation Dome on Babylon 5. Interviewed by Susan Ivanova upon his promotion his staunch loyalty to Earthdome prevented his being made a member of John Sheridan's movement against President Clark, although when John Sheridan decided to secede from the Earth Alliance he remained at his post. Following the civil war with Earth, and subsequent creation of the Interstellar Alliance, David Corwin's role expanded into that of an intermediary between the Earth Alliance and the Interstellar Alliance, although his main role was more akin to that of the station's executive officer following the departure of Susan Ivanova. He formed a good working relationship with Captain Lochley.

Lieutenant Warren Keffa Species: Human Age: Unknown Earth Force Serial Number: EA4388911 [played by Robert Russler]

An easygoing Earth Force lieutenant and Starfury pilot assigned to Babylon 5 during 2259. He became the leader of Zeta Wing on Babylon 5 following the death of Ray Galus when a Shadow Warship entered hyperspace right on top of their Starfurys while they were involved in rescuing the stricken Cortez, destroying Galus' ship and crippling his own. After regaining power and managing to triangulate a return course from the vector of another Shadow Warship he swore to prove the existence of the vessels, continuing to try even when ordered not to do so by Susan Ivanova. He was himself killed in late December, 2259 while pursuing a Shadow ship through hyperspace in an attempt to gain identification and film of the ship, a recording of which was eventually broadcast by Interstellar Network News after the recovery of his jettisoned flight recorder.

Sergeant Zach Allen (later Security Chief) Species: Human Age: Unknown [played by Jeff Conaway]

A shuttle pilot and sergeant on Babylon 5's security team who became Michael Garibaldi's second in command following the arrest of Garibaldi's former aide Jack. Zack became one of the first members of the Nightwatch on Babylon 5, initially seeing it as a quick and easy way to make 50 credits but finding himself on a slippery slope. Torn between his loyalties to Nightwatch and Michael Garibaldi he finally decided that the correct course of action was to help John Sheridan rid Babylon 5 of Nightwatch after martial law was declared on the station on April 9th, 2260. Playing the loyal informant he lured the Nightwatch into a docking bay where they were incarcerated by Sheridan pending clarification of their orders to assume control of the station. Zack was one of the few people who appeared not to have forgotten about the loss of Michael Garibaldi in the confusion resulting from Sheridan going missing at Z'ha'dum, his faith prompting G'Kar's decision to look for Babylon 5's security chief, although it was Zack who eventually returned Garibaldi to the Babylon 5. Following Michael Garibaldi's sudden resignation Zack was promoted to the senior role, although he did not expect to remain in the position for long before Michael returned to the role, but found the position was indeed permanent when Michael Garibaldi accepted his new role as chief of the Interstellar Alliance's Covert Intelligence Division. With his guilt at taking his former superior's job removed Zack set about becoming every bit as good a security chief as Garibaldi had been, demonstrating considerable skill in his role. Zack quickly recognized Byron as a potential martyr, having recognized characteristic signs that he had once seen in another while working security on Io. Zack's quarters are on Blue 32.
