I unashamedly believe in one true God that exists as 3 distinct, yet united persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe that God sent His one and only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to be born of a virgin and walk upon this earth in the form of a man. I believe that Jesus led a sinless life and was crucified to pay the price for the sins of humanity. However, I also believe that He rose again from the grave on the third day and ascended to the right hand of the Father, where he reigns alive and well forevermore.
I believe that the Bible is infallible and inspired by God Himself, written through men who loved Him more than their own lives.
I believe that I was born a sinner and am hopeless in my natural state. Only by the blood of Jesus Christ can I gain access to the Father and entrance into heaven. No other god, belief, or good works can get a man into heaven. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and I believe that I will one day see Him face to face, either in the rapture or after my life on this planet is over.
I know that I cannot live a perfect life as Jesus did, but I can strive to be like Him and thus move closer to God every day. I pray that people will see the power of God in my life and that through me, God can reach many lost souls who would otherwise perish in an eternal hell that was not created for them.
