My internet wasn't working earlier. I had to call SBC four times before it started working again. The first time the lady said that she would have to tell some other department tomorrow. Then the ligths on my modem turned green so I thought it would work, and it didn't so I called them again. I got disconnected like 2 times when they tried to transfer me. And then I called for the last time, and some lady told me to just wait until tomorrow. Lucky some other guy called and asked if it worked and it did!
