| The Best Snickerdoodles Ever 1c butter 1�c sugar 1t vanilla 2 eggs �c milk 3�c flour 1t baking soda Coating: 5T sugar 2T cinnamon Beat butter until light and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla and continue till fluffy. Beat in eggs, then milk. Sift flour and baking soda over mix and stir to blend. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Preaheat oven to 375 and grease baking sheet(s). Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in coating. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden. |
