   a Drop Lid, is a wooden lid thats circumference is smaller than the pans
   so it "drops" onto the food, leaving room for steam to escape, while
   increasing the temperature, by reducing the airspace.
   its a Japanese thing I spotted in Takashimaya dept store in Osaka.
   I also spotted "Tabe' " you know those black canvas Ninjaboots in all the
   movies?.. they are mostly made for workmen on building sites, where           scaffolding  is . But when I wear them, they are deffinately Ninja.
   (this also explains why "Astro Boy makes those *kwi-que..kwi-que* noises     when he walks.)

Its easy to think that  the Chicken Mafia is just an urban myth.
  this is why on the 14th of January, every year, 3 robust roosters are brutally
  and publicly humiliated, by a group of rats, known as "Hired Goons"
