on a long hotdog type roll...
Bake capsicum in oven or microwave, then chill.
watch "The English Patient" and drink some red wine.
Peel capsicum, and splatter.
Boil green beans and chop into inch long bits..(you can do this while ignoring the movie)
Spread garlic butter on roll. Fill with capsicum and beans,
sliced olives, anchovies, and flay with cracked pepper.
Press roll under weight ie:- brick and board...to absorb juice. Wrap tight in plastic, and take on picnic to a high peak with a nice view. (view optional...may be substituted with more red wine)
*
the use of the word "flay" although unnecessary,is intended to make the process of adding pepper sound windswept and interesting*
