Military Odyssey Show
Hi all.

Well here it is "My home Page"
My name is Dave and im  basicly into all things military. (from 1940's onwards)

Last year 2003 I had been going to a lot of military fairs and reinacting displays/fairs.

I have just been to a Fantastic show this month called The Military Odyssey show. Its a Multi period show and living history display that covers  houndreds of years.  There are Romans. Cavalier and Round heads,  Western Cowboys and Indians. Frontier peolpe. There is also more upto date shows and displays with WW1 and 2  Vietnam and the Gulf war.
There was a VERY good battle reinactment from WW2. between the Germans , Britsh and Americans,  and im happy to report that we won again..  The battles are very realistic, and It was the loudest battle I've seen and heard.!!!  ( when will that ringing noise go away ??)

I am now hooked on this reinacting lark and have started to put to gether items ready for the next BIG show in 2004.
The next big  show is The War and Peace Show. Click on the link below to see what it is all about and look at the many photos.. It is truly a Family day out and kids will love all the vehicles and the battles that go on in the main arena. ( note .. very loud bangs and you may not think it suitable for young children.) Id recommend ear plugs or ear defenders if you are right next to the fence.!

I am also a member of IMPS which stands for Invicta Military vehicle Preservation Society.  I have been a member for many years now, BUT
I still don't have a vehicle of my own. Just never have the money or space for one.
Click on the IMPS link to see more about the club.

Take a look around, ( There is some pics in "My Photos") click on the "Photo" link.  If you think I should add some thing or change some thing let me know.
