Halley is Instar's Foundation Bitch and she has performed beyond our wildest dreams. Halley is an extremely intellegent, out-going and stylish girl. In the show ring she had attitude to burn and wowed judges with her dancing movement, flag pole tail and exceptional sparkle. Halley's progeny have carried her strong tail set, well layed back shoulder and larger forward set ear . To her credit are 6 Canadian Champions and 2 American Champions. She is now retired from show and breeding and is a grand dam to her many offspring.
Halley passed away in February 2004.
