Annchen was the foundation bitch for my line. I kept two pups from her last litter, Billy (Wilhelm) and Rosie (Rosa). That was nearly 8 years ago. Annchen passed away last year at the age of 12, Rosie sadly passed away at the young age of 5, but Billy is still with me - the best shorthair I've seen in 35 years with the breed. |

The kids proved to be as talented in the field as their mother. Billy and Rosie at age 1.5 point a covey of Gambel's quail. We were just out for a summer walk and the temperature was about 90 degrees fahrenheit - so billy decided to both point and pant. |
