This is the second E30 325i i've owned, the first one pictured in 'my other cars' was a lot quicker although being older. Im sure it had been chipped as it used to fly, this one is fast dont get me wrong, 132mph so far revving at 5200rpm, 0-60 was 7.2 secs which I was pleased with as i expected about 8 ish, ive since fitted a Scorpion DTM full system which made it rev a lot more freely but didnt give it that much more go, but u can notice it and oh what a sound it makes, i'd defo reomend it to anyone with a 325i. I want to get it chipped soon and will update this page on what difference it made.
I have fitted M-tech susp since the above pic which only dropped it about 20mm, so im gonna wait till I get the 17's on it then may change springs again if not low enough. One thing though it still has the ride quailty, I lowered my Nova GSi with just springs and it was so hard you could feel every stone, it looked well nice low but wasnt nice to drive anymore. But ya learn from experience. |
