The Exeter House condominium complex is a fenced community with Controlled access gates. These homes have all brick exteriors, with the roofs replaced in 1995. Each home includes walk-in closets, ceiling fans and bedroom plantation shutters. Appliances include stacked washer and dryer, stove, double oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Condos are equipped with smoke alarms, master bedroom with single vanity, and much more. The homes are all electric. The water is paid by the association.

Each unit is one level with the excaption of one unit, although the complex is made up of two & three-story buildings. Covered parking is available for one car. The complex is 22 years old.
