Vince Did What? Lord Help Us!i'm not sure if i am happy or not about this deal.. there's is lots of opportunity here to have a very successful outcome, but there is also the same level of chance that the wrestling industry as we know it could go completely FUBAR!this is what i think should happen.. wcw is scheduled to shut down temporarily at the end of march.. i think they should go through with that.. and wwf execs should THEN start sorting out the mess wcw has gotten themselves into.. on april 1, at wrestlemania, when vince battles shane, i think shane should get anialiated by his father and beaten to a bloody pulp and he then disappears again.. two or three months later.. shane will resurface when wcw opens it's doors again and shane will be the new owner of wcw, he will of course drag a few wwf wrestlers with him because obviously some will cross over behind the scenes.. the script will read that shane got fed up with his fathers crap so he went out and bought wcw (vince's biggest competitor) and this will enable the inter-promotional wars to continue.. i've always said that you need competition to be successful.. the only difference is that we will all know that it is a work.. but even still it would make for the greatest wrestling angle in the history of the industry we all love.. that way, wwfe would run both companies as seperate entities.. vince would be the chairman, owner, and controller of both feds, but shane and stephanie would eventually be the "presidents" of each "league".. the fueds and angle would be revolutionary and the sport would definitly be taken to the next plateau.. the annual wrestlemania could showcase a battle between both feds for superiority and bragging rights.. if this is the way the mcmahons plan on doing business then i am totally excited about the prospect.. i would, however, like to know how eric bischoff will fit into all of this.. perhaps he will finally start up that promotion with the hulkster and fox.. that would also be interesting.. the intriguing part about all this is that in the span of a month.. the wwf has basically swollowed ecw and wcw.. what a wonderful world! stay tuned! That just ain't the coolest... That just ain't the best... That's JUSTINSANE! |
