| Good evening ladies and gentlemen, And welcome to the premier edition of Justin Sane's Rebellious Rants, I am your host Justin Sane and your about the experience wrestling like its never been experienced before. When you finish reading my column, you will sit back in horror and all you will say is, thats Justin Sane! On with the terror....... I want the first ever topic of discussion to be something memorable, something that will most likely end up on a trivia card in a game of Trivial Pursuit, Oh yes, I will be that big. I'd like first to talk about the greatest entertainer of all time. He's the man who many would blame for the downfall of society. He's a man who revolutionized wrestling. He's Vince McMahon. Vince is one of the powerfull men in America. And the interesting thing about it is, he doesn't use his money to influence people, why rest it? He's influence of choice, media. The public act as vultures to the product Vince McMahon created, defined and mastered. Under the basic theory of giving the public what they want, Vince has lined his wallet, as well as others, with cold, hard cash. In an enviroment where nothing is sacred and the good old fashoined scandel will bunk the ratings and the revenue. Vince has built an empire, a very specific empire; Sports Entertainment. He's done it to wrestling, and now he's doing it to american football. Vinnie Mac often finds himself in hot water with some of the stuff he puts on TV, many times, blame has been directed squarely at the WWF for accurrences in regular back yards across the world. A child kills his baby sister by immatating a move he saw on wrestling, the Piledriver. When its obvious the blame should be pointed at the parents, the media automatically choses to point the blame at Vince McMahon. Why? Because he's powerful. Because by pointing the finger at Vince McMahon the parets have some outlet to rib their own guilt of not being responsable enough to monitor what their kids are watching on TV or doing inthe backyard. This next name will pop up very often in future editions of this column. The name is Goldberg, Bill Goldberg. The biggest stain on the face of the wrestling business. Iv'e ranted on and on about Goldberg's inability to wrestle, protect his co-workers, or co-operate. Whats the point? Goldberg has a look, a very impressive look. But where have I seen it before? Oh yeah, in the WWF, the beer drinking guy, whats his name? Stone fricking Cold? The only difference is, Stone Cold is entertaining and payed his dues in the business, and even now, is a team player. Goldberg is a green punk. Pushed to the stars in his rookie year, and the ego inflated and needs to be poped. Its because of Bill Goldberg that Bret The Hitman Hart is retired. Its because of Bill Goldberg that WCW is still having a rough time. Everyone knows what has to be done. Fire him, Release him, or let him sit home and sit out his contract. I HATE WCW is afraid to loose Goldberg, don't they see he's holding the company back? They figure he's better off within the company than in another company. Iv'e got news for you guys, the WWF would never ever hire a buffoon like Bill Goldberg. First of all, he would refuse to job to any of the established stars. Second of all, he'd injure them all and send them in retirement, and third of all, the WWF MVP, HHH, has legitimate with Goldberg, and Vince wouldn't jeopardize his best players happiness. And ECW couldn't offer Goldberg enough money to compete in an ECW enviroment. The most fustrating thing about Bill Goldberg is that he thinks he knows the business. *cough* bullshit! And that, my friends is I JUSTINSANE |
