When good fruit cocktail goes bad...Literally

Nate had a very valid point when he said that my industrial vat of "Del Monte Quality" fruit cocktail would rust after a few days.
Of course, rather than heed his warning and transfer the cocktail into tupperware, I left it in the jar.
Tainted by rust, all the fruit had to be thrown away.
I saran wrapped, plastic bagged, and brown paper bagged the jar, and put it off to the side of the kitchen to be thrown away.
Nearly a month later, I discovered the bag was still sitting right where I left it.

It almost looked like hair. Moldy gray hair. "Touch it. Just touch it...." See the spores on the spoon?	Looks so good you could eat it Surprise "FRUIT ON THE BOTTOM!
