Typical! I want what cant be had!

What to do? I know not what to say, 

I want to... but instead just turn away

I live for you, but you cannot know.

My head screams at me to be satisfied.

But its not right! Why must I compromise?

And when I look in those dark brown eyes

Once more I find myself mesmerised

And I know half is never enough.

Typical.

Your words, your manner, They transfix me,

You occupy my every thought,

My every breath, my heart is wrought

I love you so but cannot say

I could not bear scaring you away.

For now your friendship must suffice

Until once more you do me entice

And I know I may have to sacrifice

All for which I live!

Love is love and cant be changed

My heart is true and won't be caged

My heart and mind once more in strife

I cant live without you in my life,

As surely as the waters flow

And I know not what to do

To me you are the brightest star

Guiding travellers from lands afar

I lose myself inside your eyes

As sure as the sun will rise, I want you.

And your smile warms my heart

And I die again every time we part

I need you in my life, my hearts on fire.

So this is my way of telling you

I hope the message gets through

So now what to do? Sit and wait?

Is that my fate?
