Need to attract engineers--or guys in general? Blow something up.
Here, I used General Dynamics' battlefield-hardened products to create a sense of challenging, high-performance careers. My positioning line, "Communication at a higher level," also accommodated the client's desire for eventual migration to mainstream consumer sectors.
