Dave Matthews Band
Newsletter #48, Volume #2
Thursday, February 3, 2000
As announced in early January, DMB
fearless leader Dave Matthews will be
appearing as Emmylou Harris' guest on
PBS' "Austin City Limits,"
airing April 1 at 9 PM Eastern. The show
with Dave Matthews is now set to be taped
on Sunday, February 20 at the
"ACL" studios in Austin, Texas.
Local residents can grab tickets for the
taping by calling the radio station
KLRU's hotline number at (512) 475-9077
and listening to the automated
instructions. Getting a ticket will
involve tuning in to the radio station
for randomly-announced ticket
distribution times, and then going to the
KLRU studios to pick the tickets up.
"Austin City Limits" tickets
are free, but limited to two per person.
The DMBML is giving away six autographed
copies of Carter Beauford & Victor
Wooten's "Making Music" video,
signed by Carter and Victor themselves!

can also purchase "Making
Music" at 15% off of the retail
