| REPETITIVE REDUNDANCIES |
| There exists in this world today a collection of phrases of two or more words which are just downright unneccesary. They try too hard to be descriptive and end up sounding stupid. Consider this a lesson on how to spot them. Basically, you'll just want to look for two words back to back which mean exactly or almost the same thing. One example would be "Repetitive Redundancy" as seen above. If you caught on to this immediately, we congragulate you. If not, here are some more examples for you to work with: -"uphill climb" or "downhill slide" -"vanity mirror" -"hot August sun" (sorry, Robert Earl...) -"ice cold" -"Fraternity Party" -"jumping up" -"dirty hooker" -"breakfast cereal" -"awful '80's" - "annoying girlfriend" FEEL FREE TO E-MAIL ANY SUGGESTIONS. GOOD LUCK!!!!! |
