Students in a 7th grade class grouped together to create this image. They were predominately labeled At-Risk, Special Education, 504 and Bilingual. This group had many differences on images that should be used to create their final charcoal drawing. After much debate, students came to a concensus and decided to create The Statue of Liberty between The Twin Towers. It is interesting how the statue is facing the opposite direction, rather than facing the viewer.
