A painted version of the second image above. By the time we reached the painting part of the project, several students were no longer enrolled in art. The student who conceived the skeletal figure remained in the group and repeated his image, using black, white, green and red tempera paint. Group member included images of The Twin Towers, broken and leaning to the side. They were supposed to create a plane striking the towers, but ran out of time. On the left side of the piece, students painted a tank and a helmut. It is pointed toward Osama bin Laden. Lost, are the images of the international flags. |
