The story contunues exactly after the events in the first. Neo is now traped in the matrix and needs Morpheous and Trinity to help him get out. Once he is out all hell breaks lose with Neo continuing to fight Agent Smith, trying to destroy him once and for all. On the other hand Mopheous and the people of Zion try to keep at bay the machines getting closer into Zion before the whole city is destroyed.
