One of the nicknames Bob Essensa has picked up over his years in the league, and what he attests to be his favourite, is "Sideshow Bob". Sideshow Bob is a character on my favourite television show, the Simpsons. Sideshow Bob (voiced by Kelsey Grammer of Cheers and Frasier) is the evil former-sidekick of Krusty the Klown, who framed Krusty in a robbery to have Krusty sent to jail. Once Krusty went to jail, Bob took over Krusty's show. Bart Simpson, though, figured out the crime, and Sideshow Bob went to jail instead. Over the last twelve seasons of the Simpsons, Sideshow Bob has returned several times, attempting to kill Bart.
