**  I find hope here, and something we can do (see last paragraph) to
effect change in "their" system; I believe the technology is there now, for
this.

written and brought to a vote.
>  For instance, how about a law that provides for a grassroots public
television network that is set up for local, regional, national, world-wide
debate tournaments on identifying and changing laws and adding laws?  A
reasonable law that provides for any citizen's participation?
