[pf] slow e-mail from Topica

· I watched the last message (title: RE: Leadership) turn up on-the-web, @

 it took less than 3 minutes. (My connection to the USA was slow - the
message might have been there in much less time.)

· It's now 13 minutes later, and it hasn't arrived here by e-mail yet.

· It also hasn't turned up on the archive:
http://csf.colorado.edu/mail/pfvs/2001II/

· There seems, at least occasionally, to be something not right about
Topica's e-mail posting system.
