**  I agree with Mike that any "moderation" has little or no effect on the
time to show up. I expect a message to show in 1 to 5 minutes.

**  However, on occasion mine hasn't shown up for an hour and a half (not
sure if that was  egroups  or  topica ), so /I/ resend in 1.5 to 2 hours.
