was my list of steps to get back on again, after getting bounced by Topica.

· Here it is again:

· UNsubscribe first. That is, 
**  send an empty email, from the address Pos Fut has been sent to, to: 

positive-futures-unsubscribe@igc.topica.com

**  Wait for an acknowledgement - shouldn't be more than 5 minutes.

· Follow the instructions on: http://igc.topica.com/lists/positive-futures
,   which has:

**  "Send an [empty] email [from the address you want to use], to: 

positive-futures-subscribe@igc.topica.com ".

**  Wait a minute or two for their request that you confirm. Reply-to it.

**  When you get their welcome message, you're on, and can post to PF.

· Note it starts with UNsubscribe. If you unsubscribed yourself and got
their "good bye" message, or are someone reading the Archived messages and
wanting to join up, start with the line:
