aware of the rapid increase in the 4 billion world population then, so we

that "the rich" (virtually everyone in N. America, plus others) /have/ to
reduce their own families, at least while it's so hard to resist the
consumerist brainwashing that goes on there.

**  Though there is the other way, that Steve refers to, of contributing
"future people" to the population, that hopefully will not only use little
themselves but help many others to live 'properly' in a limited world.
