a reminder that I had agreed to give blood today.
** I've just returned from a nearly 4 hour walk to-&-from Takapuna (just
out from which, the America's Cup yacht race will be held) where I gave
blood. Voluntary - no pay and no cost.
** Because I'll be 63 in 7 days, I also had to have my blood pressure
checked: it's 114 / 84 ; a bit low - I had to relax afterwards for 7
minutes instead of 5!
