Hi David,
I've contacted Michael Yount at CSF. He's not sure what happened, but it
appears that due to network problems, the archive address started bouncing
and was dropped from the list by Topica. The link is back up and working
now. If you need something from the intervening period, of course, it can
be located at Egroups.
