** Since 2 or 3 May, I've had trouble with my geocities e-mail - there is
still 2-3 days there where I haven't been able to download my mail,
including from Positive Futures. Two requests to fix the problem haven't
produced any result, so I have switched addresses (see below).
** I did get it re-addressed on 6 May; the first PF mail after that was:

The white privilege comparison is apt, because the privileged are loathe to
admit to themselves that their advantages are a birthright, not a
merit-earned privilege. It's hard to admit, because we are forced to look
not only our society, but also ourselves, squarely in the face, and assess
honestly whether we have "earned" what we have.
I don't know how anyone could non-disingenuously say that women have more
power than men in this country.
