BIOGRAPHY:
Formed in 1995 as a college
Deathmetal band. Feature singer Joel Bejarasco, with
guitarists Joel Caligner
, Ivan Medallo, Fritz Cervillon bass, and Dino Ojerio
drums. Although Zantilmo
just played cover songs of their favorite bands such
as, Benediction, Grave,
and Obituary. They also have one demo song intitled
“Hopeless”. In 1998 Zantilmo
was disbanded due to lack of spare time of the band
members, for they concentrate
on their chosen profession.
In March of 2002, Zantilmo
was again reformed with some line-up changes. Yet
they have always preserved
and so with the knowledge that they have remained
true to the original vision
of Zantilmo as a deathmetal band. Their no
compromise attitude gave
the band strength to stay their own course and avoid
the pitfalls of the trends
that come and go. They stay true to their roots and
keep in constant contact
with the local underground scene.
Now Zantilmo is back on deathmetal
scene with a vengeance. Their new line-up
were Fritz Cervillon (Lead
Throat, Bass), Ivan Medallo (Guitar), Rabbi Visto
(Guitar), Dino Ojerio (Drums)
and they recorded a couple of demos intitled “
Inhuman Existence” and “Decapitated
Remains”. Through the years Zantilmo have
never been altered their
music, they remain loyal to deathmetal and will never
be changed.
