Heres a band that hails from a land of a thousand lakes.dumaguete city negros oriental.the band came into existence on august 19 hundred and 96 when four souls having th same fassion for extreme music became one .they were the first deathmetal band in dumaguete
the band was originally named"on the 10th death" but on the night of the audition for their first gig .the organizer who believed that "death"is a wretched name disagreed with them.so the band was forced to sacrifice their old name so they can be enlisted inthe audition rodix 'wormtongue' the vox of the band suggested his most craved delicacy 'COOKIE MONSTER' and the rest of the band members unnimosuly agreed time wore on and the band continued to spread gore and carnage thru their music .which conquuered the hearts and miinds of the supporters .cookie monster gained praises from diggers of the extreme while educating the rest who were not into this kind of noise .people realizized that they were the irony of the COOKIE MONSTER they used to watch in the tube when they were still kids
years passed 'til there were changes of members except for vox rodix 'wormtongue'whose still the original cookie monster line up up to date .in the year 2000 .the cookie monster became the first and the only obscure BLACK/DEATH METAL BAND IN DUMAGUETE CITY
