Follow these steps once you return to the previous page and have clicked on the button for the DAV National HQ website: ____________________________ (on DAV Nat'l HQ homepage) >>click on the Legislation and Voters bar >>on the Action Alert! page, select a legislative action and then click on Click Here beside it (or, go to the bottom of the page and look for Action E-List, and sign up directly for email notices there) >>on page that opens, look for "Take Action Now", enter Zip Code, and click on GO! >>on the next page, complete the prepared letter or write your own and be sure and put a check mark in the box Sign me up for the Action E-List. Finally, send your message. That's all there is to it! You should now be notified of future legislation that affects you, the veteran! |
