Attention Veterans!

News from the St. Augustine Chapter 6

DAV Transportation Network

 

Round trip transportation is now available for all veterans having appointments at the

VA Medical Center in Gainesville

 

The van will leave from the VA Clinic located on Old Moultrie Road behind the CVS Pharmacy not later than 7:15am.

 

We ask that reservations be made at least one week in advance

 

Reservations can be made by calling the COA Transportation Scheduler at

904-209-3710 between 7:30am and 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
