| So, they let you take pictures of the inside of the cathedral. This style of architecture is considered perpindicular gothic. The space is made to feel bigger by pillars that are spaced farther apart and go directly up and down (i.e. perpendicular) from the floor. | ||||||||||
| I just really liked this part of the cathedral. Wish the picture had turned out better. Somehow I felt weird about taking pictures of a still used church. Yet I didn't feel weird about stonehenge. How strange. | ||||||||||
