RATING SYSTEM
For Audio Boots:
Everything is
on a 1 to 10 system (10 being studio or radio broadcast quality and 1 being
utter crap!!), A rating of 5 is average quality. I also use a + and - (minus)
to give a better idea of the rating. I have broken down the different components
of the boots into sections:
Audience: How
loud or quiet they are, and if they show up on the boot (ie the taper singing
along or talking etc).
Volume: Do
you need to turn up the volume on your stereo to hear everything clearly,
does it sound as if you are in the room with Tori or just listening through
a door.
Vocals:Are
her vocals clearly heard or do you have to know the words to follow along.
Bass Heavy: How
bass heavy the boot is, if the instruments drown out everything and sound
distorted through your speakers, or if they are mold together and
sound good.
NOTE:the 1992
shows dont really have much Bass, not until 94 tour when she plays God
does bass really show up, and then in 98+ Bass is a factor to look at.
Overall: A
rating on a show overall performance, set list, stories, emotional etc.
