How Do I Order Items? 1) Send a mail to us with the following information: * style + colour of the shoe * Quantity you want * your contact details (Name, Address, zip code, city, country, email + tel no) 2) We will confirm your mail and we will request the total amount to be transfered to us. (ALL prices are include shipping fee) 3) You can send us money via Western Union or Money Gram. 4) After receiving the amount, we will ship the package to the shipping address (customer). 5) We will send you the tracking number after we have shipped the shoes. (after 1-3 days) 6) The package will be delivered within 4 - 7 days (sometimes it can be delivered faster): it depends where you are located. 7) We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the package. CUSTOM ISSUES - All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package. - WE DON'T OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY. FAQ 1. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ? We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number. 2. When and how can I check on my order status? Normaly, after 1-3 days you can trace your package(s). 3. How do I contact you if I have a question? We prefer to be contacted by email (see contact us). 4. How long will it take to receive my shoes? It usually, on average, takes 4- 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends. 5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)? Yes. We currently ship to many international locations. 6. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it? Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
